Watchlist Staff Members

Julia Freedson, Director

The Watchlist director manages all Watchlist program activities. The director is assisted by a reports officer, a program manager for capacity-strengthening projects and a program specialist. All four full-time staff members are located at the Watchlist headquarters in New York, based at the offices of the Women’s Commission for Refugee Women and Children. The Women’s Commission is an independent affiliate of the International Rescue Committee. Watchlist’s capacity strengthening project in Nepal is facilitated by a full-time staff member based at the office of Save the Children in Nepal.
